The Challenge
GlobalBees acquired 24 fast-growing brands, each operating with siloed suppliers, separate warehouses, independent storefronts, and independent ERPs (Tally, SAP). Manual compilation of reports and POs led to stockouts, inventory bloat, and severe marketplace fulfillment penalties.
Our Solution
CAN Tech designed and built the Unified Distribution & Predictive Procurement Engine. The system normalizes SKU listings across channels, automates safety stock calculations based on geographical supplier lead times and marketing calendars, and executes automated POs and logistics shipments directly via 3PL and ERP APIs.
