The Challenge
The logistics network relied on high-speed sortation machines from three different vendors, each with proprietary Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). Managing configuration changes (sort plans, throughput) required manual, multi-system logins, leading to latency and high risk of error.
Our Solution
Developed the Centralized Sorter Configuration System (CSCS), a robust application using a Unified API Gateway to abstract the proprietary vendor WCS endpoints. This allowed managers to perform all critical functions from a single, validated UI.
